Karlene Belyea is a dynamic speaker and advocate for workplace communication, culture, and well-being. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Karlene passionately engages audiences on topics ranging from behavioral styles and generational differences to leadership, wellness, and culture.

As a certified Everything DiSC® Trainer, Karlene delivers insightful sessions that empower individuals and teams to understand and appreciate the unique strengths and perspectives each member brings to the table. Through her engaging presentations, she fosters environments conducive to improved communications, effective team building, exceptional customer service, and efficient conflict resolution.

Currently serving as the VP of Wellness for Mission Veterinary Partners, Karlene brings a rich background in organizational leadership and management to her role. Prior to this position, she spent 15 years as the CEO of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, where she honed her skills in team building and strategic management. Karlene holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Karlene is a versatile individual who enjoys sharing her musical talents with others. She can often be found singing and playing keyboards for her band, demonstrating her creativity and passion for artistic expression.
