Description

The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority. With today’s rapidly evolving workplace, strong leaders must work harder than ever to influence and engage others. Learn how to become a trusted and successful leader by overcoming impostor syndrome, listening to others, and looking out for the well-being of both you and the team. Do you tend to overthink things or make knee-jerk decisions in your life? As a good leader, you need to learn how to get out of your reptilian brain, determine your triggers, and develop strategies you can use every day to create rituals that will make you happier, healthier, and more productive. We can rewire our brains just by thinking differently. By learning new skills, we engage our brain’s plasticity and keep it in great shape by utilizing mindfulness and happiness-improving techniques. You will also learn ways to tame the procrastination monster, sleep better, and reduce stress using a variety of techniques. This session will show you how to emulate rituals of enormously successful humans and create a healthier, more positive environment both at work and in your personal life.
